How it works
From tap to five stars
The easier you make it, the more reviews you get. Ridora cards remove every step between a happy customer and a published review.
- 1
The tap
Hand over the card or leave it at the till. Your customer taps it with their smartphone or scans the QR code to open the Google review page.
- 2
Or the scan
No modern phone? The QR code on every card opens the same page, so nobody is ever left out.
- 3
Your Google page opens
The card jumps straight to your business's Google review form. No searching, no typing your name, no wrong listings — the right page, every time.
- 4
The review goes live
Stars, a sentence, done. The whole moment takes seconds, which is exactly why customers actually follow through.
Questions, answered
Does it work with iPhone and Android?+
Yes. Modern iPhones and Androids read the tap signal, and the QR code on the card covers everything else.
Do my customers need to install an app?+
No. The card opens your Google review page directly in the phone's browser or Google Maps app — nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
What if I change my Google Business profile?+
Get in touch and we'll help you update the link so your cards always point to the right place.
Which languages are the cards available in?+
Currently English, German and Italian — in both the Noir and Ivory editions. More languages are on the way.
Is there a monthly fee?+
No subscription. You buy the cards once and they're yours — the tap works for as long as your Google listing does.
